Account Creation & Security

Placing bets or gambling on behalf of a third party through your account is strictly prohibited. Each account is for the sole personal use of the registered individual. gb89 reserves the right to close accounts of all parties involved and withhold any pending funds if this rule is violated.
Payment & Transaction Details
All financial transactions on gb89 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Your account must be fully verified before you can make a deposit. Withdrawal requests may take up to 72 hours to process, depending on the completion of your verification. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used; otherwise, additional verification may be required. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the rules set out on the platform and may vary.
Bonuses or promotional offers cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements have been met. If fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or payment attempts outside approved methods are detected, the relevant account will be suspended immediately and the matter may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities. gb89 may request additional documentation for any suspicious transactions.
If an incorrect credit occurs due to a technical error, gb89 reserves the right to reclaim that amount, even if it results in a negative balance on the account. All transaction records are stored in your account history and can be viewed at any time.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Whether any valid balance is returned following account closure will depend on the outcome of the investigation.
Users may also request account closure at any time. Processing this request may take up to 7 business days, during which any pending bets or transactions will be settled. Once a closure request is submitted, your personal data will be retained for the period required by applicable legal obligations.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be submitted to the competent courts of Bangladesh. gb89 may update these Terms at any time, and any changes will apply to all users from the date they take effect.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.
